Over babies
Long limbs wild hair
Grown

Feet plant ground
Broken toenail
Shown mum
Pain held on your
Own

Tides sown
No trade worth
Honours of havin you
Bairn

Soft hand in mine
Stories told
Fears shared, adventures
Born

Watchful awake
Quiet noise
Before they are
Gone
