I started this blog in 2015 whilst living in Cambodia. I wanted to record all the new vistas and people that I met. It morphed into a more honest look at my life and family.

I’m a writer, poet and I work in youth mental health. I use horses as a way to connect to our awareness and become mindful. I live in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland with a herd of horses, men and Patrick Swayze, the dog.

Sometimes poetry, this blog will be about how we grow, change and navigate our primary love relationships with ourselves and our dearest. I am no bloody expert, but believe by being vulnerable, we allow others to do the same.
